Imo, yes, it's good to have cute books with healthy relationships. But at the same time, good books aren't about good things. Like a good of good manga have aspects of rape and incest and all those nasty things. Bad manga glorifies it, but good manga won't. you'll always get tired of something. it's just a matter of the frequency of the action, rather than the total amount. people mistake it for the total amount of times that you do something, it's actually how often you do it in a specific time limit. some things can have higher frequencies than others, some things can't.   reply

It could be one of those on the fence ones. Sometimes the author really does just want to write about two friends, but ends up writing really ummm coded stuff. Sometimes the author really wants to write about two lesbians, but writes a more platonic thing. Though from what I've seen this is probably the second case. The problem is kids seek validation from older people so when someone older says stuff that makes them seem like they're treated older, they fall for it. It's happened to me when I was 12~ and it doesn't even need to be on this site, but a lot of games and just regular forum sites. There are some manhwa I know in the style of manga and honestly, there are benefits and disadvantages to the scrolling design of manhwa versus the book design of manga. So I can't really pick one.
