Okay so the first thing you have to do is find alarm, and eat something in the lab that looks closest to a parasite, make sure your a strong willed individual before attempting to eat it. I barely remember but after my parents divorce they were both in SHAMBLES, personally by my dad I think the broke thing was we only ate cup noodles, and like 1-2 per day, and by my mom, we were renting back and forth like 3 different times? Don't do Ai, listen to what most of the ppl are saying here but also if you do Ai most ppl ARE going to hate u and not want to read ur work and we'll, it looks ugly, to put it simply, ai is trash, most sane ppl don' like it and it won't benefit you now or later.

Yogurt, some like bread with some fruit in it, an apple, Chinese food, an apple popsicle and another bread, that's what I ate for the day so far lol, it was pretty good. (I had a bottle and a half of water and some cheap juice as well)
