Hi similar problem but this method worked for me When I feel sleepy, I drink water and walk around (like outside and then go places that would let go of that feeling that I'm sleepy) but not too tired that I'll sleep immediately after I get home. You just have to make sure that you feel like working again on your academics after a little distractio......   reply
