These days it’s been working out and YES it can be unhealthy bc it’s reached the point where I feel so ugly and fat if I don’t run that 5km or go to the gym to lift weights, but I have to do it cuz working out helps me cope with stress and sad feelings by trying to gas myself up when I feel dumb stupid and ugly
