I know there are sites like glassdoor that can provide more information on companies when you job search, maybe you can use it or find something similar. Idk if you're necessarily young, but personally I think it's a skill that you get better at while cruising through life. I think I got better at it when my mindset about sympathy and witnessing other people suffering changed. Let go of trying to find the words to make the other person feel better.
