depends on what drugs like weed and stuff or like legit hard drugs, I have no clue for the har drugs but for non hard drugs go to a vappe store and just get it normally they don't ask for an ID or if they do say you're getting a new one from the DMV that's what I do at least (for legal reasons this is satire)
