I'll go first. My sis's coworker told her that I gave my ex an STD that made him lose a ball Σ(っ°Д °;)っ. He did have a testicle removed, but that's cause one of his veins wrapped around the other and killed it. What STD can cause such a thing, I wonder? What makes it even better is that the girl was dead serious and we BOTH go to med school. Shit had me dying laughing.
