There's a lot of free medical education around depression, and even more people giving their education and experience for free ( therapist/physiologist) and even MORE people who have struggled with depression and give advice on how they dealt with it.

I change my methods every year, what has truly stuck is cutting EVERYTHING into small pieces.
It's more of a general method to stay motivated that anything else, when I feel like doing nothing i think , "I just have to do this ONE thing" and when I finish I always get energy to do more.
And Pomodoro is great to!

I have been praying on my free time praying for an anomaly to dilate and bend time so hard it sends me directly to my nearest vacation, in the fewer seconds that its possible.
Apart form that, pretty good so far.
