How do I fix it? I have a possible meet up with some friends in DECEMBER. D E C E M B E R. And I've been stressing about it so much I can't do anything. Sometimes we don't even meet until JANUARY. That's THREE FUCKING MONTHS FROM NOW and I'm struggling to breathe. I have to go because every time I skip an event because of social anxiety it's just solidifying that events are scary and makes the next one worse. I've known these people for 7 or 8 years now and still would rather meet with a group of starving lions.

Wildest thing that happened this year?

I've tried putting a giant 6 foot tall teddy bear on my bed, flipping my mattress upside down, pouring water on my bed so its too wet to lay on. I feel like I've done everything but I still find a way to curl up in the corner and hide. I spend about 23 hours a day in bed and I'm so ashamed of it. Any tips? And not bullshit like get a routine or go to the gym. I've tried again and again and I need a new angle to attack life at because that one doesn't work for me at this time.
