I started taking buspar and can have normal conversations with people without feeling like I'm going to die now. Go to a psychiatrist if you can it's worth it to try anxiety medication. I don't use cologne or perfume or anything but I have all cucumber scented things. Nothing I use isnt cucumber. cucumber deodorant, cucumber shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lip balm, detergent. everything cucumber.
