Well you're most likely to lose about 2-3kg only in a week if you have fast metabolism. Everything depends on ur metabolism when it comes to losing weight faster. Honestly just calorie deficit, idk what country u live in but go less on oily foods and sugary food. You might not be fat (not insulting this is a word) either but maybe bloated. That's true I hate the bystander effect, that's why you have to be FIRST to do things. Though must I say, you should also be careful when helping homeless people.
