there are lists of what you should and shouldn't eat based on your blood type it will be extremely hard on you. like I am type 0 and I can say that there is absolutely no way I can do it. it doesn't just cuts of fast food or simple things. also vegetables meat types things you can drink and not fruits too but on the plus side you actually give weig......   1 reply
