I think ik what you're talking abt I've seen a lot of body builders have them but I think it's just cause they have a lot more muscle control because of their build so when they clench their cheeks the muscles literally clench and compresses so it looks like it's going inwards If you want them back maybe you can try exercising that area more? I usually dont when playing pvp or fps games but the times I do is when the enemy player is griefing and tries to annoy the shit out of you T^T. They really do prove their point and get to me but at that point I'd either start cursing (not to them but just out loud in general) or I just grief back cause fuck that I can be annoying asf too   reply
