We don't celebrate Pride here, around a few years ago when I was in high school and they were considering on doing a pride parade; since my country is largely Christian denomination and brands itself as a Christian country, the Christian counsel literally said they would take up guns and start shooting people if it would ever attempted, so yeah. 1 reply
Technically yes, but it's the connotation that matters. In my country we use 'special' (short for special needs) as an insult in reference to the medical term, and retarded is used as 'mega fuckin stupid'(like dunce). But for other places around the world its different. 1 reply
