Hard to throw things out without knowing your preferences. Can second the suggestion of seeking the dark. Dark and silent has helped me in the past, but it might be different. If this happens more frequently, please see a doctor tho. Some migraines have specific causes I was told, so maybe there's a way to fix them in your specific case. Best of luck!   reply
