Fair question shonen animes do have the tendency to include two males having the kind of romantic friendship that could be very well interpreted as a relationship. If you don't go into it with terribly high expectations it's a good read. I enjoyed it personally I got what I asked for. It's not poetic literature, it doesn't always make sense but it's good if you just want to read something for fun.
