I'm Filipino and love soups, and one of my all time fave is CANSI.
a soft fall off the bone Beef soup with young jackfruit and batuan for that sourness and a kick of chili on the side. oooooohhhh and the marrow that's just lovely... thinking about it is juuust SALIVATING!!!
