I lost around 60 lbs last year and here are some tips. Drink more water, not too much though cause water poisoning sucks ass. Look for lower-calorie substitutes. Look at the calories of the stuff you're eating. Mustard is one of the sauces you can use a lot it's around 0 to 3 calories a tbsp. Find a Grave helped me do research on my family. People will sometimes add photos of the dead to the pages and my Grandmother got to see photos she'd never seen before of her parents/sibilings. I got to see some pictures of my great grandparents when they were a kid. you can even leave sweet messages on the pages.   reply

For me, friends with benefits are easier. I don't have to emotionally put much effort in and get to have a good time. I want to be in a relationship, but not in the headspace to do so.
