Ikr meetings can be so nerve-wracking! and isolating sometimes. i think you should still attend though because they may discuss things that are important. I'm really sorry to hear that. It is really unfair when the home is toxic, it's just not right. When my family life was too toxic and I was suffering, I did counselling.
