I don't know if you'll remember him but the seme in this story actually shows up and talks to yuu in "There's No Way This Is Fate" so technically, same characters makes sense?
And I agree with the thing about the uke. He looks like a 10 year old boy, and more feminine.
Actually, to correct my mistake, he shows up in the other story because this story came first. That's why the two sons look like the main characters of the other story. Those characters were based off of this one.
you shouldn't say an author would copy paste a character into a panel drawing takes so much time and effort snd saying that makes it feel like a waste of time. all the characters practically look the same from the art style... if you look closely there's not much of a resemblance.. i compared both characters side to side and kou has more of a different hairstyle from mune kun... while gunji and ginga have different hairstyles too gunju has a messier hairstyle but considering this came out first kou and ginga might have been based off them :/
the three leads here are just basically kou, ginga, and yuu from "there's no way this is fate" author literally copy pasted the characters, didn't even change a thing
