Bruh I went through the same thing and spammed mangago's email so I annoyed the frick out of them until they gave my account back like 12 hours later ╮(￣▽￣)╭

If you scroll to the very bottom of the mangago homepage, there should be a link that says "contact us". It should lead you to an email called webmaster or something!! ⁄(⁄ ⁄·⁄ω⁄·⁄ ⁄)⁄
