No. Pedophile is sexual attraction to really young looking kids, prepubescent kids. Uniform wont automatically make you a literal children when you are already grown past puberty with secondary sex characteristics well developed. Middle/highschoolers can have well grown up body by the time they are 16-17 and while still being minor, attracted to them are not being pedophile even though still frowned upon.
