Two things I love about this manga: the pace and the realism

This manga is kind of like a breath of fresh air. While the story itself is quite simple, I love how the author slowly builds the relationship up. I felt more invested in the main characters because of the way they are gradually revealed to the reader.
I'm also amazed by how realistic the interactions are. The more imperfect nature of their relationship, the awkwardness, their insecurities were things I believe anyone, gay or straight, could relate to because their exchanges felt authentic.

I always love when I find a mangaka who has a unique voice and this is definitely one. Both the story and the artwork give off a very different vibe than the vast majority of yaoi mangas I've read.

As I reading it I felt like I was watching a real two highschool boys being drawn to each other. The writing was so good and also the story. The sex was real, I love how chika gave though and looked up on how to have sex. I love how they didn't just jump to sex as soon as they confessed like other yaoi manga. I appreciate how beautifully the story was drawn.
