I agree. When I lost my mother, despite knowing it wasn't my fault, I still had an irrational guilt for not being a better son despite being so young. This developed into self hatred and gave me intense anxiety. I know how it feels to be in a dark place and have No one to talk to. The problem is that the Dr is more or less abusing his position and exploiting his ill patients. There's nothing wrong with him having sex if it empowers him, but he has a lot of underlying issues and at times like this sex isn't the answer.

Everyone say that doctor is messing up hyeon's mental state but his mental state with already fucked up because of when his mom died and he was told it was his fault and I'm not saying the doctor isn't making it worse but his mental state was not good in the first place
