I don't think it's bad. The most common argument is that it fetishizes, but from everyone I speak with say it isn't. I think it gets to fetishization when you go outside your house and see two guys together and you want them to have sex.
i like straight,bl,and gl.As long as the story's good.But I know some people who go overboard and fetishize bl.Some even say "I dont ready anything thats not yaoi" A little smut here and there is fine ,but dont make it an obsession.My opinion at least
it’s great to read it and enjoy it, it’s just weird and wrong when u see two men and decide “oh those two must fuck each other” or u ship real life people like wat- so basically it’s fine to enjoy BL and gl just don’t mistake it for real life and relate it to the real world, cause NOPE the world just isn’t like stories, cause they are imaginary so long as u don’t start freaking over two guys u bump into and saying they’re fat, it’s fine to enjoy reading some good plots with fluff and/or smut :D
Yeah I draw the line at shipping when it comes to real life people, I feel like that disrespects them and is a invasion of privacy.
