honestly I think that this is the whole misunderstanding. She told him right from the beginning that she couldn't have children, but didn't tell him why. So she felt betrayed when he told her to get treatment because he himself didn't want her to give birth to his child (which is what she misunderstood as her being too greedy). And Hue's just frustrated because she told him that she would never love him, when in actually reality its so unbelievably obvious that they have already fallen for each other- even though neither of them want to admit to due to the restrictions of the contract; both of them thinking that they will lose the other if they expose their feelings.
Really, the argument is so much better explained in the novel. I cant tell you the exact reason that he doesn't want her to have his child because that's a massive spoiler.
