The guy is bad and while he says he wants to help jin woo defeat the other sovereigns... doesn’t mean he doesn’t wanna kill humans
Jin woo was about to free him before he realized but he did and killed him instead and no you’ll not see a badass shadow soldier because he’s more like the essence of a sovereign so he couldn’t be risen or whatever and yes I was hella disappointed too
