That looks like an extra.. On sensei's twitter she posted a picture. It looks like the next chapter will be (maybe) a flashback of Shingos past or somthing since it show's him as a kid getting petted by what appears to be the guy we saw at the end if chapter 8...

This could be interesting. Imagine if the mysterious guy is a former crush or former love of Shingo. He's depressed after his break up and he could go back with him. And Keichi will have to fight seriously if he want to get him back, not only using his sex appeal. Too much drama ! My poor heart is going to explose ^^
