I think when he finds out he'll be mad and sad, mad that she didn't tell him and I don't know if he will be upset because of the confession when she's probably going to disappear from school and end up in the hospital.
I don't know if she's just going to go blind or if she's going to die, this last chapter when she asks for more time has implications, though I think its for being able to see rather than dying. I really want to see them together.
Also I'm guessing this manga will be about 5 chapters, since they seem to be the only protagonists showing up, if it goes past that I'd like to see the story (^,^`)/
