The story has a historical setting, and unfortunately back then around the age of 12 you were already about to get married. The story is great, there's a plot line, a narration, interesting characters, so if you don't like certain topics just stay away you've been warned. By the way, I like those two together, interesting dynamics and I love the angsty stuffs.
