He has done it before, but because it hurt so much with his past relationships he isn't a fan of being penetrated because he doesn't want it to hurt. Later, Matthew says "of course it hurt, foreplay is very important before penetration" after haeyoung says that he never had foreplay last that long. Hope that helped!
