I can’t read Korean so this might not cover the whole story but it seems the villain in the past was in lived with the ML right? But then he either got threatened/blackmailed by some jerk and raped. The ML came across this scene and I’m pretty sure that’s why he feels a lot of hatred towards him. Not sure if that incident is what turned the ML into a vampire but if it did, it makes sense why ML hates villain so much. It kinda ended on that.

If you’re asking what happened next after this scene...ML basically gets tricked, villain does diversion tactic to send henchmen to MC and attacks him. Bodyguard protects him but MC still gets shot. At this time the ML comes in his and he’s like “why he hurt that’s not okay.” Then the next couple of chapters are the ML contemplating his and MC’s relationship (I think their feelings develop further). Then it goes onto the flashback I told you abt and it’s later revealed that the villain is in a lot of emotional pain and he lives the MC just really really really shit at knowing when to stop and knowing how to handle things.
