please help me

There is this yaoi manga I enjoyed but the problem is I forgot the tittle but this is the plot.... The uke is an office worker and while sleeping some ghost/ spirit touched him and it continue to happen and suddenly the spirit stop to come see him anymore.... and eventually the uke learned that the spirit/ ghost is an actual person ....... I read it a long time ago so i don’t clearly remember the story but i tried my best to describe what I remember.... I hope someone help in finding this manga I really want to read it again..... thank you....
