destigmatising means decreasing the stigma of something, meaning decreasing the amount of disgrace and social reproach something has. So, making it more acceptable. I did say something like that in my comment this person meant, but I meant it more that we should make it more ok for pedophiles to come out and seek help to not act on their urges, not that we should destigmatise pedophilia or people actually doing that shit... this person i think just didnt read what i wrote...
