I agree 100% I dont rlly want this book to have romance with the main character like that (mostly bc I like him too but like-) I dont wanna see him dating anyone just want him to get stronger ya know?

I actually like the pair thingy I usually hate romance in a fantasy-action like manga/hwa/hua but you still got a point its because of guilt ╮(￣▽￣)╭
I agree actually. I’m usually a fan of romance but I feel like this series doesn’t need it. Sometimes a good series can be ruined with romance. For me, I hope it just kind of continues like this, you know, with girls having crushes on him but him not responding because he’s focused on other things. I’d even go for him being oblivious to it.

i don’t particularly ship arthur and tess together. they look great as a family or best friend relationship, and they’d be super op as a pair, but as a couple... not so much. i like her personality and stuff, but for some reason, romance would always ruin an awesome comic in some way or another.
and i read a spoiler somewhere, saying that arthur didn’t want to become tess’ boyfriend, but tess didn’t accept that and then began to guilt trip him, making him feel bad and then becoming her boyfriend; not out of love, but because of guilt. maybe that’s why i don’t really want them to become a couple. they look great as best friends or something like that, but unfortunately, them kissing and cuddling and going on dates rather than focusing on his actual goal or arthur getting stronger and all that stuff makes me a little uncomfortable—
