I think the author just used the word pigeon chest, without know it was an actual rib deformation. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

i don't think he has a pigeon chest; i don't see his ribs shaped abnormally, and it can't be just fixed with exercise yk. he has breast enlargement which is totally normal bc boys have estrogen too (female hormone), together with testosterone, and those can cause breast growth in men usually in puberty. but im glad he doesn't have it
