i think you're a fan of selfcest just like me. I happened to read a bl manhua from china about the seme get reincarnated to another body and go back in time in his 30s where he meet himself but this time he's the bottom. So basically the past self of the seme fall in love with an uke who possessed the future seme's 40 years old soul.
I'm not a fan of regular incest, shota, or teacher x underage student. So when I happen upon those types of Manga I choose not to read them. I don't throw tantrums in the comment sections.....
