There is big difference. It's literally said Kaeda didn't have ANY control over his actions in the newest chapter. He was shaking and scared that the instincts took over him and he couldn't do anything...meanwhile Auzsa raped Kaeda with premeditation, it was planned beforehand.

Once again. It's not our world. It doesn't work like our world so we can't judge it by the same rules. The problem is he didn't have any intention to rape anyone. He didn't want to do that. It was against his will. How can we judge someone whose instincts took over him and he couldn't do anything? And he was completely shaken up and scared after the whole actions because he didn't have any control over his own body.
