The brother still raped him. It was heavily implied. The MC just knew too well that his disgusting brother went to see him to assault him, just like in the past life sooner or later it would happen. So it was as if he was saying "Just get it done once and for all so I won't have to see your disgusting sht again". His attitude is the same towards the Emperor. He is disappointed and hates both of them, enough to say "Okay just rape me, get it done quickly, or just kill me if you want" in short, uke is tired dealing with the two assholes who wronged him from the past.

The brother raped him in both lifetimes. He absolutely DID. It was not just implied, it was actually said so clearly in the dialogues in ch 36 of the original Korean version. I don't know if it's because of how it was originally translated in the Chinese version, or if it's mistranslated when being translated into English, but quite a bit of the dialogues weren't what they were supposed to be. That is also the case with ch 37, although the degree isn't as big as in 36. I guess my take on this is, be mindful about ministrations when reading, because there are some, some big & some small, and there likely will be more in future chapters to come. So you may need to exercise your own judgment, since these could mislead you into thinking the opposite of what is actually happening, just like this one example.
Thank you for your answer! As i said in a reply, i did consider a mistranslation. It happens even in the legal english versions. (I remember Devil's temptation's english version by Lezhin had many dialogues that didnt make sense with the plot)
But if you say that in the raw, the dialogues were said in a way that what we saw in chapter 36 (the panels where bro is fucking mc) are what happened in 2nd life. Then no doubt he raped him.
My guess would be that instead "do what you do and dont come.agaim" should have been
"Now that you have done what you desired to do, dont ever come.back again".
Its closs to what was said and it makes sense to say this after he was raped.
In chapter 36 between the brother and MC, what happened?
1. Brother raped MC
2. The brother fantasized about havimg sex with MC
3. The MC had flashback of his past life rape from his brother
I'm confused because after the scene, the MC saod "do what you came for and dont come back" which should imply that the brother didnt do anything yet.
So if im right, the brother didnt do anything to the MC in the 2nd life and the rumors at the begining of the story were false. (The emperor and his assistant were talking about rumor that the son of the family had an affair with the MC so they put the MC in the slave camp)
