I wish to believe this as well, maybe Dahye seems so boy crazy because she's afraid Yuna might get freaked out if she confessed or she's in absolute denial.

I like Dahye but her situation with guys just lowers the chance of her getting with the Mc unless she'll randomly confess. i remember knowing a girl that was similar to dahye with the guy situation, she ended up coming out as bi and she said she always went out with guys to hide the fact she liked girls. could be the same with dahye
