I stopped reading, should I resume?

I stopped after the who'e Noxus thing when long hair guy apparently turned MC into Noxus on hospital roof

And idk who was passed out afterwards and seme had to give him blood for the whole night or whatever.

I actually really enjoyed the story but then there were two unnecessary sex chapters so I waited for more but I ended up dropping it thinking the Noxus thing was the climax.

But then they kept updating and I was like "what else is there to tell" also a lot of other stories were popping up so I read them instead.

But now that it's the epilogues Im wondering if I should pick it up? Is it goood afterwards?
