Does anyone know how old Hawks is? Isn't Sei around 30 or so?

Probably Hawk's age is somewhat near to sei? Or he could be younger or older. The summary also said Sei is 20 years old, tho I'm not sure. Either she went to college or her school is different from what we know, I mean she's young is she really is 20 ╮(￣▽￣)╭
