I just saw this on other comments.. I think this is what they mean

Heena noona told Nakyum to never come back before. But now she's a noble woman with 2 guards around her all the time, she doesn't hesitate to take Nakyum back. In the lastest chapter, it seems like Inhun also took Nakyum into his care when the arrogant nobles stirred up the kisaeng house in the past. Weird thing is: he never truly cared for Nakyum ever since chap 1. So what if: Nakyum is actually the son of someone rich. Heena together with Inhun were granted some fortune with the mission to keep Nakyum safe. After a while Inhun turned his back against Nakyum cuz he doesn't receive that privilege anymore for some reason. And Heena told Nakyum not to come back cuz she had her intentions to marry a noble man and had to hide Nakyum away for some reason too. Now that she's a higher status woman, something bad might had happened to her and she needs to find Nakyum back, so that she receive the fortune promised by Nakyum's parents again.

Conspiracy theory: Heena and Inhun were just using Nakyum all this time. Heena is no different as a snake than Inhun.

My thought: yeah I hope this is not true. I always want BIG plot twist in every story I read. But if it's true, it's devastating for Nakyum because the people he loved never truly cared for him. And in the end, the person who truly loves him, Seungho, mistreated him the most since the beginning before he has a change in his heart to begin with.

For the people confused, Noona told nakyum to never come back but all of a sudden she comes back looking for to take him back and that guy who kept saying he wanted a "taste" of Nakyum I think they are both working together
