You have to remember that he grew up experiencing no love so it's not surprising that nocton doesn't know how to properly express his feeling and sees everyone in a bad light (except valrose) as we can see from past chapters about his upbringing he grew up trying to survive in his home with his own mother being out to get him. idk about you but i love how this story isn't like a typical isekai story with the villain completely abandoning his role just because a strange girl peaked his interest.

Like fuck dude?? What do you even want? So Blondie comes to you in order to try and clear the air, and you pull this shit?? What is with all the threats? Does he want to be understood or not? Shit like this is why she still doesn't trust him. He just has to make it hard. I think the writer just has problems plotting character progression.
