I do think it’s worth a read, they’re not characters that are majorly toxic (but to some extent yes) they just all have unfortunate circumstances tbh and in my opinion I’ve just come to wish for their happiness now, rather than the usual shipping of characters... you don’t need to be scared give it a go
I know. Just been so broken by tragedies and that trope of abusive MLs or weak weak weak FL and super dumb decisions. I'm worried if its the same ╥﹏╥
Is it slow building? I can only handle the toxicity when theres great character development or if plot is that juicy. Would you say theres a lot of smart plot devices in this?

It’s slow. The FL is only now beginning to sort of tolerate the ML
Give this a shot then the FL isn't weak rather it is the ML. This story shows how everyone fights their own battle whether in real life or to their emotional state or smth.
It definitely is slow, the FL is strong but just in a difficult situation she went from hating ML to just dealing with him/tolerating him when she found out about his background. ML is the weak one in this story, he’s lost and doesn’t really know what to do. At this point I think it’s the mistress that is keeping the plot interesting for now, but to a certain point I wouldn’t say it’s juicy. Idk I’m hoping it’s gunna get juicy soon, it’s a little boring at the minute if I’m completely honest...

So far i see lil comments.. commonly saying the ML is toxic x.x uhm how toxic? Is this a slow build? How is the MC? Is there lots of suffering? Lol I'm scared and curious if its worth a try.
