It makes sense. Imagine growing up being bullied, parents neglecting or abusing you, people glaring at you from the distance and you just see this girl that everyone loves purely just by aura and her face. A girl you met who was born without any harm done to her and she’s already getting what she wants....of course you would feel frustrated. Life simply isn’t fair but there are many people out there that just couldn’t accept what was done to them.

Why can't we let villains just be villains? I never got it why do we have to find a way to excuse and justify their actions through either science or theory or really shallow backstories done by authors. When it reality there's 0 excuse.its common sense not to be an asshole generally but especially not to the ones who had nothing to do with your abuse /trauma. Never understood why antagonist has to have a sympathetic character development if they are exactly the antagonist (this is just my little rant) but anyway I'm not one of those quirky folk that likes the villains for whatever reason despite harm they're causing to their victims. imma just let villains be villains and stick by what I said.

I’m just not one to judge a character just by their “role” in the story. Villain or not, everyone has their own life. The past could be something brutal and people would throw hate without knowing anything about that character. In this consideration, the villainess is jealous because she’s rivalling the MC who was basically born with everything good for her, thus making her jealous. What makes it worse is that the villainess never once had gotten something good while the person she’s fighting against is easily getting what the villainess wants. So generally, the MC is pretty much involved with her trauma/abuse. There’s always two sides of a story. I’m not saying ALL antagonists and villains are victims but most are. Plus we basically need backstories, it’s for the depth of the story as well as understanding each character more clearly ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭. You have your opinion and I will respect that, but my only concern is to just not judge someone by their role in the story because if the roles of both characters switched, i doubt you would support the villainess simply because she’s the villainess.

I most definitely judged her actions. And her actions played into her what her role was in the story. The villainess. ... imma just let you have this one because it obvious were not going to see eye to eye because I wont sympathize with assholes no matter how shitty the backstory because there's no literally no justification for it in MY opinion im sorry there is for you.
Freckle face is such a bitch and that sad excuse of a back story??? Like its not mc's fault. Dont think ill keep up with this because ill only get frustrated.
