Because it was built for a hypocritical reason. If your parents starved you and then built a volunteer kitchen "to help starving children" would that sit well with you?

There is a line, John was beaten, then he repaid them x10. went aggro-mode-off, got beaten again and then repaid them x10 all over again. It's kind of funny how his character works, but it's also what's making the story kinda boring right now.
Yeah, he's unstable now, hopefully he gets better soon. Idk how this is going to work because Sera beating him up shouldn't help, in theory.

I don't think that's what she's thinking of doing, but through John's perspective, she might as well seem to plot with the rest of the school like he thought of Claire. And even if that were the case, he got nothing to whine about as he has dedicated the last 100 chapters to beat her even though she's his friend and is in an actual vulnerable state, with the crippling and all.
Didn't he only hit her once? Verbal abuse, yes, but he didn't "beat" her for 100 chapters. Also, i don't think what i said is an opinion, she said "John has to be stopped" and has been trying to get her powers back. She literally just thought of him when she was thinking about what she was going to do with her powers. She plans to beat him in hopes that he'll listen. I do think that's what may be necessary at this point though.
This is arguable. She plans to make John to stop his rant, she did say it after all. But you asume she'll do it through force.

But I think that's wrong, since now that they know John's ability, and criminal files with the notes of the officers dealing with him, Sera IS aware that an Ability-approach is not the way to deal with John, he just copy-paste after all :P ... She needs her ability to stop being pushed around by midtiers while dealing with John's... social issues :)
