Actually, Kyungsoo WAS on top of Chowon in that panel, but the artist made kyungsoo "see through" because that panel was to focus on Chowon. But since his hand doesn't really cover Chowon's face or body, it wasn't removed, rather, it was there so people would know kyungsoo was on top of him. Get me?? It actually happens a lot in mangas.
