As a pansexual person, I think it's sad that there is so few BL that actually use the proper terms. As I feel sad that there is this uke/seme bullshit all the time too. It's written by straight women but the one written by gay men aren't that better either :/ Asia has a long way to go...
Idk, labels are weird. I'm technically bisexual, but I identify as demisexual and straight.
Bisexuality (and pan as well I would imagine) is interesting precisely because there's so much flexibility and fluidity around it. Personally, I am bisexual woman who is more attracted to men in general. I have had relationships with both men and women, but the ratio is something like 80:20. So really, I am mostly straight, but technically am not.

It's just been my experience in life so far. I'm not attracted to anyone unless I've formed an emotional attachment. Of my relationships, only of them was with the same sex, every other relationship has been with women. When looking forward to a prospective relationship, I think of women by default, which is why I identify as straight. But technically, as per my relationship history, I can get attracted to men as well which makes me bi.
