The former Empress, the Emperor’s Mom, poisoned Naivier when she was a child. I think she kept feeding her some cookies, whenever the kids got together. I don’t quite remember why, but the poison was intended to make Navier infertile. So the Emperor found out about it and he is convinced that the drug was effective since they have been married for a while, but Navier hasn’t gotten pregnant. He knowingly picked his Mistress to be a low born woman, so he could divorce her after she gives birth and remarry Navier. All he wants is the child. By making his mistress Empress for only two years, his child will obtain legitimacy and Navier can adopt him when they remarry.
But...that is a terrible plan, and it goes downhill the moment he divorces Navier.

Although, Sovieshu or however his name is spelled is in love, it's a dumb idea to make Rashta the empress. Dude. She speaks in 3rd person, why??????????? She's so dumb and would clearly not be able to lead a country for 2 years (correct me if I'm wrong), she doesn't have the freaking IQ or standards and is too busy having tea party, eating macaroons and gain a social status to make herself feel better and it would just be a burden for him and his future child, cuz he would be too busy managing the affairs dumb Rashta can't cuz she's so uneducated that he won't be able to soend time with his child. And worst of all, you're gonna reinstate the empress after two years?? Bruh, I think she would give up on u after TWO FREAKING YEARS. And what if the baby ends up being stillborn? It would give Rashta AND you a bad look cuz then you made a lowly concubine with speaks in 3rd person the empress although she probably can't even work like an empress. Does she think, "oh, once I'm empress I can do whatever I want. No one will oppose me because I have the power of social status backing me up!" Like bruh, you're an empress now.
